Having an idea of your first project in advance helps us get started quickly and efficiently.
  • Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time 3D artist?
    • Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level 3D artist now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits—and that’s if you can even find one available. Beyond that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy, meaning you’re paying for time you can’t fully utilize. With an Archviz Masters plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you’re only paying 3D artists when you have work for them.
  • Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
    • Once subscribed, you can add as many modeling and rendering requests to your queue as you like, and they will be delivered one at a time.
  • We require a high volume of monthly 3D content deliverables, do you offer custom plans?
    • Yes, we offer the option to stack subscriptions. You can purchase multiple subscriptions to increase your number of active requests and overall creative output. Each additional subscription is offered at a 5% discount.
  • How fast will I receive my models and renderings?
    • On average, most requests are completed within 2–3 days. However, more complex requests may require additional time based on their scope. Revisions are usually completed within 12–24 hours.
  • Do I have to pay in advance?
    • Yes, once your project is fully scoped and you hire our team, you will need to deposit the total project cost into the Archviz Masters account before work begins.
  • Which programs do you model and render in?
    • Most of our 3D modeling work is created using Autodesk 3ds Max. For rendering, we use either Chaos® Corona or Chaos® V-Ray, depending on the specific requirements of the project.
  • What if I don’t like the models and renderings?
    • No worries! Our 3D modeling and rendering services come with unlimited revisions, guaranteeing that we’ll refine your designs until you’re completely satisfied.
  • What if I only have a single request?
    • If you only have a single request, no problem! We offer per-request pricing, with detailed information provided below.
  • Are there any refunds
    • Given the high-quality nature of our work and the considerable time dedicated to each request, we are unable to offer refunds.
